24 Hours

UIUX Design   Supporting Visual Identity

"24 HOURS" is a campus-based courier service designed to address the inefficiencies and inconvenience students face when receiving deliveries within school environments.

Many campuses restrict external couriers from entering, requiring students to collect parcels from designated gates, which can be time-consuming and disruptive to their schedules.

This project proposes a peer-to-peer delivery platform where students can request on-campus delivery and assign nearby student couriers to complete the task. The system also creates flexible part-time opportunities for students. The platform integrates real-time tracking, order management, and support systems to ensure reliability, transparency, and security throughout the delivery process.

The visual identity system for 24 HOURS was developed to reinforce clarity, reliability, and ease of use across the platform.

A structured colour system was used to differentiate key states such as order status, delivery progress, and system feedback, allowing users to quickly understand information at a glance.

Typography and layout were designed to prioritise readability and hierarchy, ensuring that critical information such as delivery updates and task assignments remains clear and accessible.

The overall visual tone balances approachability and reliability, aligning with the dual role of the platform as both a service tool and a student-driven community system.
