Hanok - Visual Design
Brand Identity for Retail Lifestyle Brand
This is a brand identity design project inspired by traditional Korean architecture (Hanok), translating cultural elements into a contemporary visual system.
I was responsible for developing the visual identity, including the logo, typography, colour system, and brand applications across both print and digital touchpoints. I also applied the identity to retail, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure consistency across the brand.
The designs were launched at the Hanok store in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Hanok aims to create an online home product sales platform that links suppliers, overseas warehouses, and consumers.
We also have offline shops in large shopping malls with high foot traffic to offer consumers practical, and creative retail products.
Hanok currently has a shop in Birmingham's landmark shopping centre, Bullring, and plans to build its own full-category e-commerce site, merging offline and TikTok traffic to expand the range of products available.
